For our final day of the Lunar Acroyoga Immersion in Jeju, we learned a sequence called "Thai and Fly." This therapeutic Acroyoga sequence was designed to weave together the best of what we learned during the immersion. The sequence transitions from Lunar Acroyoga into Thai Massage and then repeats the moves again—allowing givers to become receivers. This is the ultimate relaxation zone.
We returned to the lunch spot we first visited but this time with a different group of classmates. They ordered Spicy Korean BBQ Pork and wrapped it into some lettuce leaves with garlic and spicy sauce. It was yet another meaty, but amazing meal with unlimited side dishes.
Closing circle is a time for everyone to share their experience during the Acroyoga immersion. Many smiles, laughs, and tears were shared. Each person had a unique experience never to be forgotten. We also celebrated the birthday of one of our classmates by putting our hands on him and lifting him into the air like a king. He enjoyed it, and so did we.
