After a second day of camping our wearied bodies were beginning to ache a bit. We made an agreement to invest in more comfortable sleeping mats next time we go camping. But a little back-ache and a few mosquito bites are nothing that can’t be alleviated with fresh hot cups of coffee and tea. We had a few in fact, and then got our bodies moving again with some amazing morning flow yoga by Jenna Johnson in the barn. The class size might have shrunk a bit since day one—as many attendees got on the road early—but our spirits were as big as ever, and we enjoyed our last true yoga class of the festival.
With day three being a short day—only a few morning activities planned—we finished off our festival experience at Harvest Moon Yoga Festival with a “transformational breath workshop” by Aubree Saia.
